CPC is a sister company of HARTHEM in this scope of work, and both are managed by Mr. Mustapha El Hariri, General Manager of HARCO, the core family business.
Construction Piling Company knows as CPC, is a new established company in Ras Al Khaimah UAE and has a branch in Sharjah UAE which is mainly concerned in piling enabling works contracting.
Our initiative for establishing this company was based according to our previous experiences execution of various projects in Lebanon and Erbil Iraq, also on our qualified and experienced staff and mechanical equipment we own.

HARTHEM is one of HARCO’s sister companies owned fully or partly by Mr. Mustapha El Hariri. HARTHEM’s head office is located in Beirut Lebanon. HARTHEM is developing to be a leading expert in the geotechnical engineering field.
HARTHEM has completed geotechnical studies and implementation on several large projects mostly in Erbil, Iraq. HARTHEM’s Geotechnical Team understands the challenges and frustrations companies face. Our environment professionals have an in-depth understanding of pertinent regulatory issues. We provide a common sense approach and viable solutions that bring cost-effective options to the table.
HARTHEM maintains a fleet of drill rigs of various sizes and types with full support equipment, in addition to our professional drilling crews. We routinely provide professional drilling in support of other engineering and environmental organizations during the implementation of projects. Time-efficient scheduling and the ability to mobilize within hours the appropriate equipment and crew are benefits of our professional drilling.
As technical experts in the industry, we offer our clients innovative technologies such as cone penetrometer testing with our Mobile On-Site Lab, facilitating immediate results through on-site data analysis and reduction.
We keep our equipment well-maintained, resulting in fewer breakdowns and less down time than others in the industry. HARTHEM provides special inspection services throughout the Middle Easy. Our role in projects is to verify and make sire that the construction methods and materials conform to the applicable building code requirements, design drawings/plans and job specifications, while working closely with the design professionals and other project team leaders throughout the duration of the project.
Because our facilities are so complete, our Inspectors have all the support they need, both in equipment and expertise. Our Certified Inspectors provide on-site observation, materials monitoring and testing, corrective actions, and comprehensive detailed record keeping for current follow-up and future inquiries. When required, HARTHEM can provide an on-site field office and mobile laboratory to accommodate fast track construction schedules.
